To begin training, everyone starts the same way by enrolling in our 3 lesson Confidence Course. This will help you find out if Martial Arts training will make sense for your child.
By completing this 3 lesson program your child will be certified as a beginner rank of yellow striped white belt.
Now here is what will happen during the Confidence Course…
At the beginning of her first group Core class, she’ll receive her white belt with her name printed on it. The color “white” represents no knowledge of our Martial Arts system.”
It’s during this lesson when she’ll be introduced to her new peer group. You’ll find that these students have the same type of goals you have for your child. This creates a positive environment that will keep your daughter on track to one day become a black belt.
You’ll also find that the parents supporting their kids in class or watching from the lobby all have the same “Mind Set”… and that is… to help their child improve in all areas in their lives. You’re going to love it here!
At the end of her second class she’ll receive a black stripe on her white belt; this will symbolize two small steps of progression.
One, that your child has demonstrated the attitude at home necessary to become one of our students… that is by showing courtesy and respect to everyone he interacts with… family, friends and even people he doesn’t know yet.
And secondly, for demonstrating a black belt attitude in her class… by doing her best… she will be recognized by her instructor and classmates.
The completion of all three classes will satisfy the requirements of our Confidence Course. As an award for finishing what he started, during the “bow out” of the third lesson, he will receive his “certificate of accomplishment” and be awarded his yellow striped white belt. Then he will be ready to begin his formal training as a fully committed student here in our Martial Arts academy.
Just so you know; the yellow colored stripe represents the start of a new day, like the bright yellow sun of dawn, the beginning of a new journey in our Martial Arts system.
